At Vivianto, every bracelet is made to order and crafted according to the wrist measurement you provide at checkout. Because sizing varies from person to person, accurate measurements are essential to ensure a comfortable and perfect fit.

Custom Sizing – Important

To avoid resizing, delays, and additional shipping costs, please measure your wrist carefully before placing your order.

We include a measurement box at checkout where you can enter your exact wrist size.

If this information is missing, we cannot guarantee a proper fit.

Resizing due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer is not eligible for free returns or exchanges.

If a bracelet needs to be remade because the measurement submitted was incorrect:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping both ways, and
  • A small remake fee may apply depending on the work required

Our goal is to ensure that your bracelet fits beautifully the first time — which is why accurate measurements are so important.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

Made-to-measure bracelets created based on your wrist size are not eligible for returns due to sizing issues, as these pieces are custom-made specifically for you.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, contact us at viviantonyc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will happily:

  • Repair
  • Replace
  • Or offer store credit

depending on the situation.

Please include a clear photo so we can assist you quickly and with care.

  • Even a ¼ inch difference can affect comfort and fit
  • Resizing requires restringing, rebuilding, and additional materials
  • Shipping items back and forth can be costly for customers
